Aisling Bea
Aisling B a is born on 16 March 1984. She was born in Kildare Ireland. The comedian has appeared seen on QI along alongside Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh (born 16th March, 1984) is a comedian and actress from Ireland. Following appearances in bits in a variety of Irish and British TV shows from 2009, Bea started her professional career as a stand-up comic in the year 2011. She was already regularly appearing on sketch comedy shows as well as sitcoms. The actress began to appear regularly in panel shows following the win of an award from The Edinburgh Comedy Awards. She was captain of the 8 Out of 10 Cats team between 2016 and 2017 and is a regular contestant in its spinoff show, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. She is the daughter of Brian as well as Helen O'Sullivan. Sinead, her older sister was born. The only ever female to be a winner of the show So You Think You're Funny. Bea Her maiden name, which is her birth name, was a tribute to her dad who died in the year 2000. Aisling O'Sullivan, also known as Cliodhnadh Aisling was born in Kildare town, which is located in County Kildare. The father of her Brian was an equine veterinarian who committed suicide at the age of three. Bea was just three years old, though she was not told how he died until she turned 13 years old. In 2017 she published an article in The Guardian about the suicide of her father's relatives and adopted her stage name Bea in remembrance of him. Bea (and her younger sister Sinead) were raised within the home of Helen Moloney, who was a school educator and jockey trainer who was a professional jockey. She and her family loved horses, races and the racing industry. Bea had a job as a Tour Guide for the Irish National Stud. From an early age, Bea knew that she did not want to pursue racing as a career. Instead she loved the performing arts.
